The Heartbeat test simulates a Customer to Agent call.

Tests take 45 seconds to complete and are totally automated.

When the Heartbeat test runs, your Operata Agent widget will turn blue.

Please don’t use the softphone while the test is running.

Towards the end of the test, you will hear the audio sample played to measure call quality.

When the test is complete the Operata Agent widget will turn back to its normal colour (or Red if the test had identified an issue with your Network or PC performance)
