Teammate Roles

What feature access is provided at different Roles within Operata

Two levels of user (Teammate) access can be provisioned in Operata, Group Admin and Group User.

Details of the features accessible at each level are detailed in the table below.

Note:

  • Group Admin and Group User access levels cannot be different across groups.

    • Changing a Teammates level in one Group, changes their access level for all Groups they are configured as members of.

  • Group Admin can create Teammates in any group they have access to.
