When you raise an issue with Operata or subscribe to Operata on AWS Marketplace, you may be asked to provide your Operata Group ID.
Note: If you don't have access to your Operata account you can speak with our live support team by clicking the messenger icon at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Use the following steps to find your Operata Group ID:
Log in to Operata Console.
The Group ID is the series of letters and numbers in between app.operata.io/ and the next / (as the example below)
