When you raise an issue with Operata or subscribe to Operata on AWS Marketplace, you may be asked to provide your Operata Group ID.

Note: If you don't have access to your Operata account you can speak with our live support team by clicking the messenger icon at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

Use the following steps to find your Operata Group ID:

  1. Log in to Operata Console.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Deployment
  3. In the Softphone Code snippet, you will find your Operata Group ID (see below)
