Congratulations and welcome aboard!

See real-time data in the Dashboard by launching your Connect softphone using the Quick Start URL. This launches the generic Amazon Connect softphone (CCP), connected to your contact centre instance.

Don't forget to allow to integrate with your Amazon Connect instance. See this help article if you need some assistance.

Let's begin...

Firstly, login to the Operata platform. Select the Operata logo at the top left-hand side to expand the menu.

Select Settings followed by Configs located at the bottom.

Enter your CCP URL where prompted - but update the end to connect/ccp#

Now, select Settings followed by Deployment, located at the bottom.

In the Quick Start section you will see details of the CCP URL. Launch this from a new tab on your Chrome browser, then login using your Agent Username and Password.

Make or take a call then end after a few seconds (the Operata dashboards update when calls are completed).

Select the Dashboard menu item and in a few seconds, data from your call should appear!
