See real-time data in the Dashboard by launching your Connect softphone with the Operata Chrome extension.

Let's begin...

Firstly, login to the Operata platform and select the Operata logo at the top left-hand side to expand the menu.

Select Settings followed by Configs located at the bottom.

Your generic CCP URL needs to be listed in both the Amazon Connect CCP and Approved Origins sections, it looks something like this..

Heres how to find it..

Note: you need to replace /login with /ccp when entering into Operata.

Now you need to install the Operata Collector for Chrome extension from the Chrome Store.

You are now good to go..

Make or take a call then end after a few seconds (Operata dashboards update when calls are completed).

Select the Dashboard menu item and in a few seconds, data from your call should appear!
